IT Associates, Inc. is Hiring a Production Services Analyst Near Brook, IL
Location: Oak Brook, IL
3-6 month Contract to Hire position
Our client is looking to add a Production Services Analyst that will be responsible for troubleshooting retailer orders and associated documents in SAP, as well as responding to tickets and data management requests. This function is delivered by utilizing tools such as reports, policies, and knowledge bases with the goal to provide high quality service and support.
Responsibilities
- Order Management- Review reports in SAP and analyze through to completion all non-PGI’d (Post Goods Issue) deliveries. Take necessary action (review / research / delete deliveries / cancel orders) as needed.
- Research and create missing retailer management documents (Shipping Notices and Invoices)
- Respond to any incidents or e-mail requests escalated to the team from retailers, the RSC customer care or care center.
- Complete business partners requests for archiving or reprocessing IDOCS
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, related field OR equivalent experience - preferably 1-2 years in business support
- Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills
- Ability to understand business processes, procedures, and policies
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Possess a good overall knowledge of the programs, applications, systems and services supported.
- Process/Program Documentation: documenting processes and procedures as they are being developed.
- Skilled in Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
