ROLE TITLE:------------ Application Architect II100% REMOTE ROLE only Residents of Wisconsin only local required ONLY USC and GC WORKSDETAILSThis position functions as an Application Architect for the Client's Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) initiatives. Under the general supervision of the Collaboration and Project Management supervisor, this position will provide leadership and direction to the Collaboration and Project Management and Infrastructure staff on designing ITIL systems and solutions involving service management, change management, configuration management, and asset management.

• The position will be a member of the application development team, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure effective ITIL system solutions and associated application technology for the Client.
• The individual will work closely with the functional user groups within Client to ensure the effectiveness of system solutions deployed.
• This position will review detailed systems specifications to ensure that the development and support of new systems and the enhancement of existing systems are consistent with agency development and support methodologies, standards, and policies.
• This position also works closely with the Office staff in administrating and developing their legal software.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science specializing in software engineering, application development, or similar
