Role: Sr Digital Product ManagerLocation: Boston, MAHybridUSC, GC & EAD Holders will workJob DescriptionSR. Digital Product Manager to join their team. This is a 6 month contract role with potential to extend. They are ideally looking for someone to go onsite to their office in Greater Boston, but they're also open to remote candidates working EST hours.
An integral member of our growing Design & Digital Strategy group, the Senior Digital Product Manager is a key contributor for developing & managing digital solutions in our current portfolio, as well as helping identify opportunities to grow & scale our overall digital ecosystem.

Essential Job Responsibilities & Duties Include
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog for existing digital products and other team

- Oversee and manage requirements gathering, solution design, user story writing,
- Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams regularly to ensure alignment

- Routinely apprise executive management of planned execution & prioritization of key
- Continually monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant iteration and
- Help oversee the effort of managing, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets to
- Work with Design team & Commercial leadership to develop product positioning and
- Contribute to driving the creation of an internal culture centered around user-centric
- Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete
- Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- 8 years of professional experience in a digital product management or business analyst
- A strong and practiced user-first mindset, whether the user is an existing employee or
solutions that while also deliver on core business objectives
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you work with many
requirements, and ultimately deliver on all user & business goals
- Demonstrable passion for building great products and solving customer and business
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field)
- Proficient understanding of back end and front end programming languages, and the
product experience
- Passion and commitment for ensuring all aspects of our digital experience are fully
