Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date on new technology/industry trends.
  • Coordinate and plan meetings (virtual and in-person) for conferences and events.
  • Oversee registration, manage communication with vendors, and logistical details with venues.
  • Create and maintain meeting information in the registration database and process registrations.
  • Research meeting venues and make recommendations on venue/location.
  • Track registrations and prepare name badges.
  • Creates detailed post-event reports.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience scheduling meetings via Zoom
  • 3 years of Project Coordinator, Executive/Admin Assistant, or Corporate Planner experience
  • CMP or CMM preferred
