The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing department in developing and executing strategic brand and marketing initiatives to elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, with a specific focus on product launches, digital marketing channels, lead generation, client retention, and managing a marketing team to achieve key goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, traditional advertising, and influencer partnerships.
Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve set goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, print materials, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and apply findings to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Analyze marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, local businesses, and industry partners, to enhance brand visibility and secure advertising placements.
Manage the brand's online presence, including SEO, social media profiles, email marketing, and online reviews, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing collateral, coordinating promotional activities, and organizing launch events.
Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
3 years of experience leading a creative team.
5 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on product launches, digital marketing, and team leadership.
Demonstrated experience driving a marketing team to achieve goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, messaging, and SEO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create compelling marketing content, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and data interpretation to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
Passion for beauty and wellness and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Extensive knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry, current trends, and local marketing practices.
High energy, creativity, and the ability to work well with all members of the team as well as external suppliers and vendors who support the business.
