It’s All About Bees! is a local honey producer and small food manufacturer. We make and bottle our own gourmet food products to sell in our shop, farmers markets, and craft shows as well as in many stores in our area. We are looking for a positive, reliable employee to join our team and help us grow. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Serious applicants only please.

JOB DUTIES
· Oversee employee accuracy and efficiency
· Scheduling, performing reviews, training and coaching
Interviewing and hiring
· Retail sales in the storefront, labeling, packaging, and shipping
· Work Saturdays and Sundays at the farmers markets, and craft shows
· Other duties or special projects as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
· Perform extended periods of standing, reaching, grasping, bending and sitting in different physical environments
· Maintain a quick pace with optimum time management to maximize productivity
· Able to read and understand instructions, both written and oral
· Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination is important for this position
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior successful experience working in a commercial kitchen, production or manufacturing, or customer service environment is preferred
· A minimum of high school diploma or GED is preferred
· Must be able to work weekends
