IT WORKS is Hiring a Corporate Event Senior Manager Near Bradenton, FL

It Works! Corporate Events Senior Manager

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the Palmetto, Florida office/2-days remote. Candidates must be local or relocate to be considered for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that bring people together? If so, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Corporate Events Senior Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and bring incredible events to life. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Sales, this role will be responsible for executing all IT WORKS! events, ranging in scale from our annual conference, quarterly trainings, and leadership retreats both domestic and international.

Responsibilities include:

Event Strategy and Planning

  • Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive global events strategy that supports the business objectives, sales goals, and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Sales Team to drive innovative, trend-driven experiences in-person and virtual.
  • Research and identify industry trends, competitor activities, and attendee preferences to inform event planning decisions.

Event Execution and Management

  • End-to-end execution of all global corporate events, including budget management, contract management, and on-site logistics to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work professionally with vendors and establish strategic partnerships for long-term event success.
  • Establish best practices for registration and attendee logistics, such as travel arrangements, accommodations, and post-event follow-up to maximize participant satisfaction and ROI.

Event Marketing and Communication

  • Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, and Sales to align event strategies with company goals and produce elevated event assets.
  • Provide direction and oversee event marketing and communication to increase ticket sales and participation.
  • Provide direction and oversee the implementation of digital and physical creative elements. Ranging from an event website to interactive social media stations, etc.

Physical Demands:

While regularly required duties of this job can be performed at a computer workstation, the employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds while preparing for and on-site events. Employee must be able to stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Minimum 5-8 years experience.

Track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events that drive business results and enhance brand reputation.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Confident and collaborative personality.
  • Proficient at multi-tasking and handling multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Preferred experience in the Direct Sales industry
