What You’ll Be Doing:
- Daily communication with customers to arrange or negotiate payment terms for receivables
- Monthly reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable ledger
- Setting up account terms and credit limits for new clients
- Regularly reviewing and adjusting credit lines and terms as needed
- Assessing customer orders daily for processing and shipment approval
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and discrepancies through research
- Providing regular reports on overdue accounts to senior management and sales teams
- Recruiting and managing the Credit Assistant
- 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Credit Analysis
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism for client interactions
- Adaptability to assist in process improvements and changes
- Process-improvement mindset
- Stable job history
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Strong ability to utilize Dun & Broadstreet reports
