Compensation:

• Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts.
• Creating and maintaining financial models to guide business decisions.
• Working with various teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly reviews and cash flow forecasting.
• Using business intelligence tools to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with accounting software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
