Location: Onsite – Hybrid flexibility offered after training period
Compensation: $48-$58k DOE
What you'll be doing:

• Revise and refine pre-bills based on requests from attorneys and secretaries.
• Utilize specialized E-billing software to submit invoices electronically.
• Allocate retainer funds according to attorney instructions.
• Complete intricate billing tasks promptly, such as applying multiple discounts per matter, dividing billing among parties, and generating electronic invoices.
• Rectify errors arising from the E-billing process.
• Manage a high volume of billing transactions monthly.
• Engage professionally and communicate effectively with attorneys, secretaries, and clients.
• Scrutinize billing details and accompanying documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and address inquiries related to billing discrepancies and issues.
• Develop billing schedules and conduct various billing analyses as needed.

What you'll need to be considered:
2 years of legal billing experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
Professional demeanor
Highly organized
