- Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget that aligns with company goals.
- Design, implement, and manage all marketing campaigns and processes to ensure effective execution.
- Create and oversee the production of all marketing and promotional materials.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and engagement within our client’s communities.
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead the branding, promotional materials creation, launch strategies, and website development for new communities.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 5 years experience in Marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- An excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay on top of the latest marketing trends and drive innovation.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to prioritize and wear many different hats.
- Real Estate or Home construction knowledge/experience is preferred.
