What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining personnel files and adding new hires into the system
- Coding and processing payroll-related invoices (health, dental, vision, disability)
- Communicating with the AP department for invoice processing
- Generating reports from ADP, such as employee health insurance reports
- Interfacing with ADP for garnishment additions and other payroll needs
- Cutting checks and managing payroll distribution
- Proficiency in ADP payroll systems – REQUIRED
- High comfort level with Excel, particularly pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and meet deadlines
