This job is located in the East-Central Alabama area and requires the candidate to work onsite.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.
- Establish and implement quality standards for products.
- Monitor quality testing processes and identify any gaps.
- Train other employees in quality procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
- Continuously enhance quality management processes.
- Track products throughout manufacturing to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment having QA responsibilities of a product.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and using data
- Experience analyzing data and using quality control methods to ensure products meet standards.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks preferred.
