Seabrook Solutions is Hiring a Senior Staff Accountant Near Huntsville, AL
- Maintain and organize all customer records
- Process all customer and vendor invoices and credit memos
- Collect and process payment from customers and vendors, and accurately record it into the system
- Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails
- Research, track and resolve any issues
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Review and enter new customer and vendor information
- Assist Billing & Payroll Specialist as needed
- Provide direct support to the Director of Finance & Accounting
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team
- Be flexible, be on-time, be present, be useful
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work with and as a team
- 1 years of hands-on accounting experience - specifically using the Unanet GovCon Accounting Systems
- Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, lookups).
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred)
- Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, lookups)
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability.
- To be successful in this role, you should have attention to detail
- Has the ability to work independently, creative, problem solves, and work through ambiguity.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
