**Overview:**
Join our team as a Crew Member and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the food industry. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, making quality products, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate the square POS system efficiently to process customer orders
- Handle food with care and adhere to proper food handling procedures
- Utilize kitchen awareness and criticial thinking skills daily
- Demonstrate basic teamwork skills and have a positive attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and surrounding areas
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in food handling practices ensuring food safety standards
- Ability to upsell products to enhance sales
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
