Job Details

Position: Technical Program Manager
Location: Coppell TX (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Plan to execute - end to end PM experience
Program Managers will partner with Product and Engineering leads and teams to define roadmaps, multi-sprint plans, and help deliver on those roadmaps. They will collaborate with other internal/external stakeholders, organize scrum-of-scrums, and lead critical programs associated with one or more technology areas. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with exceptional program management skills, strong agile / technical background, ability to lead teams and can work collaboratively within a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end program planning involving cloud software development
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering teams, and key business users on defining scope, requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Partner with Product/Engg./business teams in one or more areas such as eCommerce, B2B commerce, Payments processing, Rewards Processing, and others.
Handling business/customer expectations related to progress towards product roadmap items, managing stakeholder communications effectively at various levels
Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork; manage interdependencies, drive escalation and resolution of issues, while promoting collaboration and coordination
Drive adoption of process improvements; continuous evolution of the multi-team, multi-sprint delivery
Manage multiple programs concurrently.

Qualifications:
Experienced in program management involving agile software development
Manage overall end-to-end program plan, Risks/Issues/Decisions log, facilitate key meetings
Experience working with agile teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Understanding of and experience managing initiatives in one or more areas such as eCommerce, B2B business, Loyalty programs, Rewards Processing, or Payments Processing desired.
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, MIS, Business, or equivalent
8 years of technical program management experience
Competency with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.
Experience with Agile SDLC methodology and related tools such as Rally, Jira, Clarity PPM
Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict-resolution abilities
Motivated with a strong focus on execution.
