ITC is looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone with an interest in Events and Trade Shows who has an attention to detail and a desire to grow their skills and experience. This position requires the applicant to learn and evolve, including learning new software, procedures, and specific skills. This will not be solely an office job; Assistant AMs are on their feet multitasking and jumping between jobs as the day requires. The hands-on nature of this position is ideal for someone who likes to learn by doing, can ask questions, and retains what they are taught.

The Assistant Account Manager position is designed to work closely with and support the Account Management Team. This position requires strong customer service, working with deadlines and developing relationships with key internal and external suppliers. A successful Assistant Account Manager will be a multi-tasker with great attention to detail and a good communicator.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Tracking and managing multiple projects with varied timelines
• Logistics assistance in scheduling, creating shipping documents and managing shipments of client tradeshow booths, tracking shipments, and providing proof of delivery
• Working with the warehouse to learn client inventory
• Inbounding and out bounding of client materials
• Assisting in purchasing show services, under Account Management supervision, for tradeshow events, managing purchase orders in company system and tracking costs
• Making travel arrangements for labor supervisors / team members working tradeshows
• Managing the production purchase card and reconciling charges and invoices

Assistant Account Manager will report to the Manager of Exhibit Development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Willingness to work nonstandard work hours, weekends/evenings as needed 90/10
• Adept at building relationships (internal & external)
• Ability to working in a team environment while also being self-directed
• A strong desire to meet deadlines
• Must be able and willing to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Applicant must be able to pass a drug test
