K12 Coalition provides products and services that help K-12 schools and teachers achieve transformational learning outcomes. About iteach
iteach is a competency-based educator preparation program helping to fill the void the nation faces with the unprecedented teacher shortage. iteach enables paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, and others seeking to become teachers to get the affordable, time-saving education they need to become licensed. Our program combines the convenience of online learning with a full year of face-to-face mentorship during a teaching residency. Notably, iteach is the only non-university educator preparation program to achieve accreditation from the Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).
This is a permanent part-time position.
Location: Hybrid in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Initial training as well as occasional meetings and maintenance training will take place onsite in Denton, TX at the iteach office.
Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30am-2:30pm
The Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in educating customers on the advantages of the iteach teacher preparation program via outbound calling. The Representative will ensure potential customers have high-quality experiences by providing exceptional service during all interactions, delivering engaging correspondence via phone or email, and staying up to date on all program procedures and requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to continue to develop their customer service skills while working with a mission-driven organization delivering an essential service to potential new teachers.
