Program Coordinator - Technical Support

Position Overview: Join our team at Specialized Technologies and Services (STS) organization, where our mission is to provide top-notch desktop support to our colleagues across the United States, spanning physical offices and a remote workforce. We are seeking a Program Coordinator with a strong focus on organizational skills to enhance the support services within our team. As the Program Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact, liaising with different enterprise business units to develop schedules and coordinate program activities efficiently. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, advanced organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Create data-driven strategies resulting in measurable outcomes.
• Ensure detailed plans for the execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and key personnel.
• Work with communications teams to ensure colleague awareness of new IT services.
• Document improvement opportunities and changes to business systems.
• Attend project meetings, document outcomes, and communicate them to the team.
• Prepare detailed reports for management.
• Coordinate program planning, scheduling, and attendance details with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver program-level updates to organizational leaders.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and cursory project management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, and Word.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to deliver strategic decisions.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, when interacting with colleagues and IT personnel.

Education:

• HS Diploma/GED REQUIRED, but an Associate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is PREFERRED and/or at least 1-2 years of work experience in a technology field.
