- The Desktop Engineer will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Design, implement, and maintain desktop infrastructure including hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to desktop infrastructure
Required Skills:
Windows, Support, Troubleshooting, EUC (End user computing)
Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
