Position No1 -----System Support Engineer

Duties and Tasks

• 12 years of experience
• Support and maintain CARES Middleware web server environment.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support on all aspects of IBM DB2 and SQL Server environment including administration and maintenance, business continuity, backup and recovery, capacity management, change management, security management, and installation and configuration management in production and non-production environments.
• Work with other technical staff to coordinate activities and implementations, follow and document procedures, respond, track, and escalate system incidents.
• Create new Projects, configure environment and working the DataStage Developers to setup the needed support.
• Work on migration and re-platforming projects in DSS ITS Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Infrastructure team.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of Cognos 11 BI administration
• Minimum of 3 years of administration Experience on IBM DataStage Infosphere 11.7 and IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) systems
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on IBM WebSphere / Oracle WebLogic web server administration and troubleshooting
• Minimum of 5 years of troubleshooting experience on Java8 and above
• Knowledge and experience using ETL tools
• knowledge of SQL, Oracle stored procedures, views, and triggers
• Knowledge of IBM FileNet Imaging Services, Content Navigator
• Knowledge of Qlik Attunity replication tool administration
• Willingness to learn new tools and support other BI solutions and data analytics
