Iterative Health is Hiring a Senior CTMS Financial Systems Specialist Near Dallas, TX
Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology, with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating the treatment of IBD. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic videos along with other types of data, helping clinicians better assess patients with potential GI problems. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes. Seeking candidates on the East Coast(US) or commutable to our office in Dallas, Texas. What you'll be doing: This individual acts as the subject matter expert in regards to clinical research site finances; this person will partner with potential & existing clinical research sites in order to establish and grow their research clinic's financial process and health. Key Responsibilities:
Iterative Health Activities
Builds new study profiles within CTMS in accordance with clinical trial agreements
Understand relationship between study protocol and Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA)
Invoicing/ collections for clinical research sites
Monitor contract progress and invoice sponsors accordingly
Collect Precision enrollment data from Professional Services Team
Create and maintain monthly Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) visit report for all research sites
Support IH finance team with AR and AP as they relate to the RealTime platform and clinical research studies
Site-facing Activities
Consistent email, phone and Zoom communication with research sites
Train sites on clinical research finances and financial activities
Liaise between site finance department and site research department
Convey best practices in relation to research finance
Assist in setting up P&L and balance sheet (GAAP principles)
Guide use of patient stipend cards
Reconcile research subject stipend cards
Work with Iterative Health's internal finance team to post sponsor study payments in research site CTMS, and ensure accuracy and quality control
Assist research sites in creating and distributing research study invoices to sponsor
Make appropriate changes to financial institutions information (e.g., updating financial data in the CTMS, updating third party vendor costs in the CTMS)
Conduct full study financial closeout reviews for each research site
Sponsor-facing Activities
Negotiate study budgets between the site and the Sponsor/CRO
Work with study sponsor financial contact to ensure invoicing is accurate, and sponsor payments are timely
Understand and master use of sponsor payment portals
Required skills:
At least 5 years' experience working with clinical research finance, for a research site
5 years experience in a customer facing role
Knowledge of a Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS); RealTime and/or CRIO is required
Working knowledge of invoicing, tracking account payable/ receivable, and clinical research budgets
10% travel required
Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal working hours in your timezone to accommodate varying time zones
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Bachelor's degree
Applicant note: Iterative Health is running a 3 month return to office pilot for any employee within a 45 minute commute of our Cambridge, MA; Dallas, TX; or New York City offices.
