Description

As a Leasing Agent, your main responsibility is creating a marketing strategy to attract prospective tenants to the property. You will provide potential residents with tours of the property, ensuring that they meet move-in requirements and are familiar with all the amenities the property offers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the property, amenities, and community to proactively promote the property. 
• Developing a marketing strategy to attract new prospects. - Conducting site tours that highlight the property's amenities and unit floor plans. 
• Timely follow-up of prospect inquiries from all sources, including prospect cards, emails, walk-ins, and phone calls. 
• Maintaining accurate data with regard to prospect sourcing information. 
• Working with community outreach groups to promote the property and attract prospective tenants.
• Monitoring advertising effectiveness and return on investment.
• Gathering market data on competition to maintain awareness. 
• Ensuring units are immaculate before a tenant's move-in date.
• Providing high-quality customer service and sales.

Requirements

This position will require frequent travel to support lease-up efforts, about 70% of the time. 

- Three (3) years of previous relevant leasing experience is necessary. 

- Fair Housing Certification is a must. A high school diploma or GED is required. 

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending stooping and reaching in all directions, repetitive use of fingers and extremities due to data entry, sitting at a desk for extended periods of time, possible eye fatigue due to working with computer monitors, being required to walk a property, climbing and descending stairs, must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
