A leading Security Integration Company is hiring a Project Administrator for fast-paced commercial security projects.
As a Project Administrator on our team, you will assist in every aspect of backoffice and direct client/contractor support for a multitude of Commercial Building Security projects throughout the East Coast.
The candidate should be highly organized - our projects require heavy backoffice administrative tasks that include:
- Proposal creation
- Procurement
- Heavy communication with various in-house teams to coordinate
- Heavy communication with various 3rd party contractors, as well as client directly
- Contractor Portal Management
- Purchasing
Experience:
- Construction industry, an administrative or project based position
- Proposal creation
The candidate should:
- Be highly motivated, a self-starter, and a team player
- Be detail-oriented and a troubleshooter
- Feel comfortable working under pressure; deadlines and adjusting time commitments accordingly
- Be available and comfortable with *travel as needed
- Have strong communication skills
