The position is open due to issues with a major SailPoint implementation led by their previous Principal IAM Engineer. The implementation was unsuccessful, resulting in significant platform-wide problems. They need a skilled professional to assess the current issues, design a new SailPoint environment, carry out the implementation, and set up the post-implementation support infrastructure.

There is no formal job description, but the role requires a Principal-level IAM Engineer with expertise in SailPoint. The job is located at their main office in Minneapolis, requiring two days onsite per week, including Wednesday for collaboration. Onsite work will follow normal business hours.
