Location: Belleville, WI (100% Onsite)
Summary: The Production Scheduler ensures that production schedules meet all customer order requirements within the manufacturing capabilities of our Belleville, WI plant. This role involves managing the order fulfillment process, distributing work orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring accurate and timely production.
Key Responsibilities
- Review order fulfillment workbench to enter transfer orders.
- Release and distribute work orders to all departments in the factory promptly.
- Print serial numbers and daily work order prints, adjusting items as needed.
- Collaborate with the staging area on alternate material usage and issue materials to work orders.
- Close out and issue materials as work orders are completed, solving problems with the production group to ensure correct materials are issued.
- Complete Daily Material Requirements (DMRs).
- Advise production when stock is to be shipped out of inventory.
- Interface with Edina and drop ship companies to support special requests.
- Set up Cycle Period for Cycle Counter each month and assist with inventory issues before posting to the system.
- Complete follow-through on Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) from freight bill to inspection and RMA order completion.
- Run unshipped shipment reports for orders due and print sales orders needed for shipping.
- Print drop ship purchase orders, shipment paperwork, and ship orders in the system.
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
