- Strong working knowledge of scoped application development.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- Ability to share and communicate coding excellence and quality into the team and culture.
- A passion to learn new technologies and skills.
- A strong ability to work independently and in small groups of developers.
- Strong and personable communication skills to work with customers to identify and formulate solution scope and objectives.
- Strong writing/documentation skills to design, code, test, debug, and document the automated services.
- Independently performs ongoing maintenance, research, problem resolution, and support tasks.
