Job Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience as an Engineer or in a related field. Experience must include:

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

·Working with 8D methodology;

·Working with 6 Sigma Green Belt;

·Working with 5S;

·Working on PDCA;

·Customer returns analysis by collaborating with the multi-disciplinary teams;

·Leading structured 8D problem solving on plant level quality non-conformances;

·Identifying quality issues from a production standpoint and implementing improvements.

40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm.
