Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in the Austin, TX area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

JOB SUMMARY

Under immediate supervision, the Administrative Assistant will perform basic administrative duties, following well-defined, standard procedures;

prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets, etc. as needed to support the business unit. Maintain files and calendars as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exchange documents with various courts and administrative agencies and opposing parties.
• Maintain file system of aforementioned materials.
• Mail to large number of parties in a single event (1000 recipients or more).

REQUIREMENTS :

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of administrative work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to organize data and processes and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with priorities that may change quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (60 words per minute minimum).
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Mail merges using Microsoft Excel preferred.
