Mendix Experience is a must have (3 Years)

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development , with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform . Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Mendix development through Studio Pro and deployment processes.
o Strong experience in OOPS, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot , Model-Driven Development, and database systems ( Postgress SQL, NoSQL )
o Strong understanding of front-end technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XPath, React, Angular ).
o Knowledge of integration techniques and tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services).
o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc .). Soft Skills: o Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum Rapid Developer Certification Mandatory
Mendix Advanced Developer Certification good to have.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles .
Experience with mobile application development .
