At ITW Graphics, we design, develop and manufacture a wide array of innovative heat transfer and decorative solutions to add visual appeal and authentication to the products of large global brands. Located in Manchester, CT, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling up ITW Graphics IDS by spearheading the management and coordination of large-scale projects across our 3 facilities in North America. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget. This role demands a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. This position will report to the Director of Marketing & Innovation. 

Salary Range: $95,120.00 - $115,000.00

This position will follow a hybrid work schedule.

Job Description

  • Leads and manages internal and external resources where needed to deliver on product development, equipment systems and other projects as defined by the business.

  • Collaborates internally with Marketing, Engineering, Sourcing and Operations to build project scope and plans. 

  • Interface with customers to assure accurate and timely communication of project status, delivery and installation. 

  • Develops project milestones and KPI’s. 

  • Ensures alignment and needed organizational resources are available to achieve project goals based on resource planning tools with key stakeholders.

  • Delegate tasks and ensure follow up 

  • Creates, shares and maintains project documentation. 

  • Provides monthly reporting of project progress, reports and escalates issues to key stakeholders and performs risk management.

  • Apply the ITW Principles 80/20 and USa to eliminate complexity and improve profitability of the company. Participate in teams and play a lead role in the collection and analysis of data for these projects.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) is required. 

Experience/Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience

  • Demonstrated ability to produce results within a team environment, to gain alignment and develop productive working relationships at all levels within the organization. 

  • Able to define a problem, gather data to draw conclusions and develop appropriate plans to address.

  • Excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent time management, prioritization abilities and project management. 

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with remote staff. 

  • Proficient in the knowledge and use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Access)

  1. The employee must carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and push and pull up to 20 pounds occasionally.
