About The Job
- An Orange County-based company, which was recently acquired by a large multinational corporation, is currently seeking to hire a Site Financial Controller to manage its U.S. operations.
- The company, with two locations, manufactures a wide-range of gas analyzers and integrated system solutions for environmental protection purposes.
- The Site Financial Controller will manage a staff of five and assist in helping the parent corporation in meeting its major expansion plans.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Accounting Degree.
- Experience in leading ERP implementation and/or Finance IT transformation.
- Agile and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Diligent, Hands-On Approach.
- Strong Cost Accounting Experience.
- Responsible for all financial activities of the U.S. based operation reporting to the CFO and the HR Director headquartered in Europe with a dotted line to the U.S. based President.
- Will lead the transition of Finance IT tools to the Group's tools and procedures.
- Monthly reporting requirements and preparation of audited financial statements.
- Prepare Annual Budget & Forecasts.
- Coordinate Profit Improvement / Cost Reduction opportunities.
- Cash Management, Expense Control & Bank Relations.
- Credit & Collection.
- Establish / Maintain Insurance Coverage.
