IV Nutrition is looking for a Receptionist with social media expertise to join our team at our Gilbert clinic. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, assisting visitors and clients, while also managing our social media presence to engage our community and build brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional, friendly first impression to all visitors and has excellent communication and customer service skills. In addition to administrative and clerical responsibilities, this individual will be proactive with social media content creation, engagement, and platform management to help expand our digital reach.
Responsibilities:
Guest Services – Greet and assist guests, employees, and clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Manage phone calls and emails sent to the main office, and relay inter-office messages as needed.
Administration – Handle outgoing and incoming mail, documents, supplies, and packages. Distribute items as necessary, maintain office supplies, and manage an organized filing system. Support scheduling and manage appointments as required.
Social Media Management – Curate, create, and schedule content across our social media platforms, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries. Monitor trends and analytics to optimize our online presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
