This is a hybrid position, 3 days onsite but would prefer the person to be onsite 100%

Purpose:
Describes the primary goals, objective or function or outputs of this position.
Seeking Training Assistant to act in support role of Training for procurement and day to day operations in the office. This position will support on/offboarding of staff along with maintaining ComplianceWire system.

Responsibilities:

• May coordinate work for new employees and admins.
• Managing on and off boarding of employees and the trouble shooting of issues relating to its success including equipment, systems and office space.
• Improves, maintains and monitors Training SharePoint site.
• General document file management assistance.
• Organizing and reserving rooms/resources for training globally.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of activities of a cross-functional team to ensure development of necessary training solutions are completed on time.
• Provide back up support to ComplianceWire system.
• Coordinate/assist with office events/activities and general office management.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
