Job Description: Director of Operations
Position Overview: We seek an experienced Director of Operations to lead our wellness-focused business's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the wellness field, managing operations, inventory, staff, recruitment, training, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily business operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure schedule optimization.
• Evaluate and implement new policies, procedures, and software.
• Manage inventory levels and control systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Lead and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews.
• Develop recruitment strategies and oversee hiring.
• Design and implement training programs.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize the CRM system.
• Ensure schedule optimization for staff and resources.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years in the wellness field.
• Proven experience in managing operations, inventory, staff, recruitment, training, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
