Description
IVX Health is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to our sales team to ensure efficient operations and drive sales success. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, customer service, and sales support, aimed at optimizing our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales Team Support
    • Create market and territories within the CRM for field sales activities.
    • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales hires on CRM and other systems.
    • Manage and update sales data inside the CRM to ensure data integrity and continuity with other internal reporting systems.
    • Respond to internal sales questions and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, utilizing the FreshWorks ticketing system.
    • Create and manage new center postings across website directories.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and extract metrics for tracking performance and success.
    • Assist various departments with CRM data extraction and reporting
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into relevant systems.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and patient interactions.
  • Training and Development
    • Train new sales staff on how to use the CRM efficiently.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team on CRM tools and sales processes.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
