POSITION: Project Coordinator, Part Time (Non-Exempt)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Coordinator Role supports the Ivy Residences Team by completing a wide range of tasks and special projects with a focus on data and reporting
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support the Ivy Residences Culture by:
•Working collaboratively with all departments
•Managing multiple projects and deadlines
•Evaluating data and processes to find strategies for improvement in productivity
•Be an expert on current market conditions and trends, by shopping competition and attending company training.
•Post marketing collateral around the community, in buildings, and at the University.
•Assist with reporting and special projects
•Any and all tasks as assigned
•Create and update tracking of various workflows
•Updating databases and ensuring data integrity
