Job Summary:
Ivybrook Academy Frisco Campus is currently seeking preschool educators seeking a professional environment where educators focus their time and responsibilities on igniting the joy of learning and child development in students aged 18 months to 5 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build genuine relationships with each child
• Observe and evaluate each child’s progress and maintain portfolio assessments.
• Draw on each child’s unique strengths to help them learn about the world around them.
• Support each child’s developmental needs, including toilet training
• Ensures the safety and well-being of all students
• Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following a progressive approach to education
• Responsible for maintaining a sanitary environment for the children
• Maintain communication with parents
• Be available for parent conferences
• Work cooperatively and professionally with staff members and parents
• Attend staff meetings, training, and school functions
• Commit to continuing education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- State teaching certification or licensure for preschool education
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of Early Childhood, Montessori, and/or Reggio Emilia practices and techniques
- Familiarity with private school or childcare center operations
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively

Preferred Skills:
- Classroom management expertise
- Experience in behavior management strategies
- Proficiency in literacy education methods
