Responsibilities

NOW HIRING an AP Specialist to join our Finance team!

ROLE OVERVIEW :

• Proper matching of vendor invoices with purchase orders and appropriately entering invoices into JDE system.
• General accounting duties including month end closing journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :

• Assist with the daily entry of account payable invoices and associated responsibilities.
• Assist in various other general accounting activities such as physical inventories, account reconciliations, record retention, and month end reporting

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION :

• Experience in an accounting related position
• ERP / MRP systems implementation / set-up, preferably with JDE Enterprise One System.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

• Experienced level of proficiency in Excel worksheets and ERP / MRP systems.
• Good communication skills
