Ixom Watercare is looking to hire a professionally minded, talented and proactive individual in our Sales & Service department to provide support to our Regional Sales team and our valued customers.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Service Coordinator to support our Regional Sales team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As part of our collaborative and customer-focused approach, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes. Here are the key responsibilities:

• Customer Contact and Relationship Management:
• Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide timely assistance.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales managers to coordinate project communication effectively.
• Proactively follow up with existing customers to address inquiries.
• Proposal Preparation:
• Create professional proposals based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.
• Follow-Up and Project Closure:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience helpful.
