Job Title: Construction Manager (Onsite)
Location: Gentry, AR - Need local candidates only
Duration: 12 months with possible extension(s)
Work Authorization: Any Visa - No H1BsEarliest Start Date: ASAPMust have LinkedIn Profile.
Must-have skills: exp as a Construction Manager in Industrial or power markets or solar construction or electrical or utilities; people management exp; safety construction and/or commissioning exp
PREFERRED : knowledge of Interconnect Agreement, Purchase Power Agreement, and Independent System Operator.Job Description :Requirements:

  • Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Gentry, AR (required);
  • People management experience;
  • Experience in safety construction, commissioning, and testing systems;
  • Schedule and planning experience;
  • A valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

  • Engineering, Construction Management experience;
  • Experience in Industrial or power markets;
  • Experience in solar construction, electrical, and utilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversees project operations and ensures adherence to corporate safety and quality through all site activities
  • Works collaboratively with resources and sub suppliers in various disciplines to determine project priorities, schedule and work plans to meet milestones and project schedule
  • Work with site team to ensure that the site is clean and safety protocols are being followed
  • Manages sub tier suppliers to the requirements outlined in contracts or purchase orders as the lead manager and administrator
  • Manage onsite company representative staff (Inspectors)
  • Reporting daily, weekly and monthly on progress, indicators, and recovery plans to upper management
  • Manage execution requirements stipulated in the Interconnect Agreement, Purchase Power Agreement, and Independent System Operator to achieve back-feed, sync and commercial operation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.94 - $43.28 per hour
