Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide support in wireless sales and technology-related products
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Bilingual skills (English and [Bilingual]) is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Basic understanding of technology sales is desirable
