Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination of transportation operations, ensuring efficient routing and on-time delivery.

Duties:
- Manage daily dispatch operations, including assigning routes and monitoring progress.
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and track shipments.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline logistics processes.
- Provide phone support to drivers and address any issues that may arise during transit.
- Utilize GIS tools for mapping and analyzing transportation data.
- Implement fleet management strategies to maintain vehicle efficiency.
- Coordinate with transportation planners to ensure timely deliveries.

Skills:
- Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and transportation management systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GIS software for mapping and analysis.
- Knowledge of logistics, fleet management, and transportation planning.
- Ability to analyze data to optimize dispatch operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
