Under general supervision, the position is responsible for aggressively marketing the J.B. Hunt brand to develop new accounts and secure an established customer base. Responsible for the solicitation of business from new customers to build business volume according to the business needs. The incumbent will evaluate a customer's current transportation requirements, e.g., existing service, mode, lanes, budget, and propose a custom transportation solution from JBHT's product offerings. High School Diploma/GED with 4-5 years of sales or customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, and/or related field with 2-3 years of experience and 2-3 years of management experience (where applicable)Skills & Abilities:

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
