Compensation: $25-$35 per hour

Requirements
- Clean driving record, CDL preferred
- Drug-free, smoking is not allowed on-site or at the workplace

- Coordinate with the superintendent and management daily

- Complete punch lists necessary for project progression
- Coordinates clean up, tools and materials required and schedule implications
- Creates daily logs daily to accurately document the progress of the work
- Concrete, excavation, rain drains, gates, fences
- Light framing, installation of windows, doors, millwork
- Flooring, shower doors, medicine cabinets, vanities, and accessories
- Custom framing, including hand cut roofs

- Woodworking and cabinetry experience
- Experience in design a plus (architecture engineering, manufacturing)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring physical strength and endurance.
- Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a secure and hazard-free work environment.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines and adapt to changing schedules.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find effective solutions to unforeseen challenges during projects.
- Tools and Equipment: Proficient in the use and maintenance of a variety of hand and power tools; familiarity with advanced carpentry equipment.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications in carpentry or construction is a plus.
- Continued Learning: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing education.
