Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an LPN Or RN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Care for patients at home who may be on mechanical ventilators, tracheostomies, Tube feeding
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Administer prescribed medications and feeds
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with home medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Available shifts :
- 18 y/o female: Trach/Gtube; Zip Code 28215; Every Friday and Saturday 10p-6a and Saturday and Sunday 9a-5p.
- 19 y/o male: Trach/Vent/Gtube; Zip Code 28210; Every Sunday 9a-5p.
- 62 y/o female: Trach/Vent/Gtube; Zip Code 28208; Every Monday, Saturday, Sunday 3p-11p
- 17 y/o male: Trach/Gtube; Zip Code 28269; Every Thurday & Friday 9a-9p
