Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor and optimize vehicle inventory across various levels to meet present and future procurement needs.
• Adhere to departmental protocols for vehicle and aftermarket parts inventory management.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle procurement and upfitting for ZeeFleet customers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for vehicle transactions, ensuring compliance with ZeeFleet regulations.
• Execute routine DMV and dealership compliance tasks while delivering top-tier customer service to all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: 

• Valid Driver’s License and High school diploma/GED required
• Strong communication and organizational skills required

• Experience in automotive or vehicle upfitting industry preferred
• Notary certification preferred

Physical Requirements:
