Job description

Intake specialist for the HARLINGEN office and surrounding area.

• meet up with new and potential clients to conduct intakes (questionnaire forms and contracts)
• assist with phone call routing and walk-ins at the RGC location
• set up initial case files
• assist with the initial investigation and field investigation
• filing claims, drafting LOR's, Spoliation Letters, and other notice letters
• assist with property damage claims
• will be provided with 1 to 2 week training on in-house procedures so experience with PI is preferred
• May be asked to attend marketing and community outreach events and drive company vehicle on occasions
• will be required to rotate on-call duties

The salary will be flexible based on experience. Monthly Bonuses and other benefits include fully paid health insurance and PTO. Additional compensation for after-hour work.

Requirements:

• Level of education: High School Diploma or equivalent, degree in criminal justice or Paralegal certification preferred
• Valid TX DL
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Computer Literacy: Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• Excellent writing skills and letter drafting will be necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
