We are looking for an experienced, 2 years preferred, Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing damage to vehicles, providing estimates for repair costs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair and body shop processes, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate the cost of repairs to vehicles.
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure accuracy of estimates.
- Review repair orders and inspect vehicles for damage.
- Determine parts needed for repairs and order them as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of estimates and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
