TITLE: Multi Unit Account Manager  

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO: Multi Unit Sales Manager 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 This position manages all aspects of the Company’s business with assigned or developed Multi-Unit Customers and Prospects.

REGULAR ASSIGNED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains active and comprehensive customer information.
• Communicates effectively with customers to resolve problems, maintain trade terms and support company policies and procedures.
• Maintains current and objective industry, business environment, and competitive data files.
• Continually seeks new product, information, or service ideas that can be added to the Company’s capabilities to benefit both the customers and the Company.
• Helps develop annual sales forecast for each customer and executes necessary tasks to exceed the forecasts.
• Coordinates and plans all outside sales call activities with Direct Supervisor.
• Conducts themselves in manner that always reflects positively on the Company including professional business attire and behavior. Reflects our core values. 
• Supports the sales team members in the achievement of their individual as well as the Company’s sales goals.
• Willingly participates in any other Company objectives or special projects as required from time to time.

OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Attend conferences and meetings related to industry trends, innovations and education.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related area of study.
• Proven experience of five or more years in a position of comparable role within the seafood industry or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to utilize tools to measure sales performance
• Able to develop sales strategies with the introduction of new products and new accounts.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while maintain attention to detail and time sensitivity.
•  Must have prior experience in a sales environment.
